Bouncing Back
‘Tẹ́nì bẹ́’gi ló jù, igi á rú’ wé.’
Nature has a quiet way of shouting wisdom. From the silence of the stars, to the hiss of the oceans, from the weeping of the sky to the gentle beat of your heart, daily we are being gently nudged with the wisdom of the ages. That is if we care to listen.
I listen with my eyes opened, and today I got rewarded. This never fails to happen whenever I decide to just observe with a hungry mind, and an itching finger to click the camera shutter. Now a phone almost does much as good.
Situations, people may cut you down like an axe cuts down a tree, that’s an unavoidable aspect of life. If you don’t lose hope and you abide in the vine; if you don’t lose your connection with your root in God, in time, you will bounce back. Stronger. Fresher. ‘Tẹ́nì bẹ́’gi ló jù, igi á rú’ wé.’
